How to book your transfer, fixed prices, payments, confirmations and promo codes.

It only takes a few minutes. On the home page enter your departure and arrival point, date, time and number of passengers: you will immediately see the available vehicle with its fixed price. Add your details and receive your email confirmation within moments.

Yes. The amount shown when you book is what you pay, all included: vehicle, driver, fuel, motorway tolls and luggage assistance. No surprise charges and no extra fee for traffic.

Payment is made in cash directly to the driver at the end of the ride. For special needs or bookings from abroad, message us and we will find the most convenient option together.

Yes. We send you an email straight away with every transfer detail: date, time, addresses, booking reference and vehicle information. Keep it handy for the day of your trip.

Of course. When booking, enter the name and contact number of the person travelling. The driver will coordinate directly with the passenger on the day of the transfer.

For transfers between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM a 15% night supplement applies. The amount is always calculated and shown during booking, before you confirm: no surprises on the day.

In the final booking step you will find the field for your promo code. Enter it and the discount is applied automatically to the transfer price.

We recommend booking at least 2 days before your trip so we can secure the right vehicle for you. For last-minute requests we do our best: message us on WhatsApp at +39 380 506 7111 and we will check availability right away.

Your Transfer

Meeting your driver, airport arrivals, vehicles, luggage, child seats and on-board services.

The driver waits for you holding a sign with your name. For airport or Civitavecchia port transfers they stand in the arrivals area. Before your trip you receive the driver's name and contact by email.

We track your flight in real time. If you land late, the driver automatically adjusts the arrival time: there is no need to tell us. Flight monitoring is included at no extra cost.

As a rule each passenger may bring one large suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. If you have extra or bulky items, note it when booking and we will assign the most suitable vehicle.

Yes. Infant, child and booster seats are available on request for a small additional fee. Let us know when booking, specifying the age and number of children.

For groups we use modern, spacious minivans with air conditioning, generous luggage space and up to 8 seats. For solo travellers or couples a sedan is also available. Every vehicle is recent, air-conditioned and immaculately kept.

Yes, short stops are possible. Note them in your booking or arrange them directly with the driver. For longer stops a small supplement may apply.

No, never. Every transfer is private and exclusive: the vehicle is reserved for you and your group only. No strangers on board, no detours to pick up others.

Enter the flight number that lands last and choose a time that suits everyone. List all flight numbers in the notes: that way we monitor each arrival and coordinate the trip smoothly.

Yes. When booking you enter the exact address or property name and we take you right to the door. In historic centres with restricted-traffic zones (ZTL), where cars are not allowed, the driver drops you at the nearest permitted point to the entrance.

The vehicle is assigned based on the passengers and luggage you declare. If you arrive with undeclared extra luggage there may not be enough room, which can delay the transfer or prevent it. To travel with peace of mind, declare everything when booking.

Generally pets are not allowed, so the vehicle stays clean for everyone. Assistance animals for passengers with disabilities are the exception. For other special cases write to us in advance and we will consider your request.

We are based in Rome and cover Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, the port of Civitavecchia and Termini and Tiburtina stations. From here we take you to Naples, Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast (Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi), Tuscany (Florence, Siena, Arezzo) and Umbria (Assisi, Orvieto, Perugia).

Yes, it is one of our most requested routes. We take you from Rome or the airports directly to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi, with a driver who knows the coast's winding roads. All at a fixed price, door to door.

Yes. We cover long routes such as Rome-Florence, Rome-Naples and even Rome-Milan in complete comfort. The price is fixed and includes tolls and fuel, whatever the distance.

Yes. We serve Rome Fiumicino and Rome Ciampino with flight monitoring and arrivals-hall meet & greet, and the Civitavecchia cruise port, where the driver waits near the ship with your name sign.

Absolutely. Whether you need to reach your ship or want to visit Rome during a stop, we arrange the transfer with timing built around your cruise, so you never miss departure.

The historic centres of Rome, Florence and many art cities have Limited Traffic Zones (ZTL) where cars are not allowed. In these cases the driver drops you at the nearest authorised point to your destination, just steps from the entrance.

Changes, Cancellations & Support

Changing or cancelling a booking, refunds, private-hire licence, insurance and how to reach us.

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the transfer. For later cancellations (less than 48 hours) no refund is due. To cancel, write to us by email or WhatsApp with your booking reference.

Yes. You can change the date, time or route at no cost up to 48 hours before the transfer. Write to us by email or WhatsApp and we will sort it out.

For cancellations made within the deadline, the refund is handled within a few business days. As payment is in cash, we contact you to agree on the most convenient way to return it.

Yes. Our drivers are professionals with a valid private-hire licence and over 20 years of experience in the field. Every vehicle carries full insurance for passengers and luggage, as required by Italian law.
